This wine with its mineral aromas is naturally at home with the gastronomic cuisine of the terroir where it is produced, frogs’ legs from “Les Dombes”, Bresse chicken, freshwater fish from the River Saône, quenelles in a sauce, cheese choux puffs and goat’s cheeses from the Mâcon area.
Pneumatic pressing of the entire harvest. Long fermentation with natural yeasts. Work on the lees. 12 months barrel ageing
